大型机场航站楼装饰工程的数字化建造技术应用

Application of Digital Construction Technology in Decoration Engineering of Large Airport Terminal

机场航站楼的装饰工程历来都是建设装饰工程中技术要求较高的项目,对实施单位的项目组织管理、技术管理、专业资源等有着极高的要求。基于此,结合北京大兴国际机场航站楼装饰工程实践,阐述了全过程BIM技术及相关数字化建造管理技术的成功应用经验,并对建筑装饰行业数字化建造的发展提出了三点展望,可为类似工程参考。

The decoration engineering of airport terminal has always been a project with high technical requirements in the construction of decoration engineering, which has high requirements for the project organization management, technical management, and professional resources of the implementation unit. Based on this, combined with the decoration engineering practice of Beijing Daxing International Airport terminal, this paper expounds the successful application experience of BIM technology and related digital construction management technology in the whole process, and puts forward three prospects for the development of digital construction in building decoration industry, which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
