摘要
油井抽油用钢丝绳使用过程中易发生旋转并受到较大的冲击载荷,使用寿命较短,不能满足使用环境及条件。开发研制NAT K5×19S+PPC结构钢丝绳具有破断拉力高、不易变形、抗旋转、表面耐压能力及耐磨损性能好等特点。工艺设计股捻距倍数为7.5,钢丝绳捻距倍数为6.5,绳径相对公差0^+4%,锻打压缩率为18%~20%。通过试制并检验,钢丝绳捻制质量、表面质量、力学性能均符合石油行业相关标准要求,用户使用效果较好。
Wire rope for oil well pumping is easy to rotate and be subjected to large impact load,its service life is short,it cannot meet service environment and conditions.NAT K5×19 S+PPC structure wire rope developed has characteristics of high breaking tension,not easy to deform,anti-rotation,good surface pressure resistance and wear resistance.The strand lay length multiple of process design is 7.5,the wire rope lay length multiple is 6.5,the rope diameter relative tolerance is 0^+4%,and the forging compression ratio is 18%~20%.Through trial production and inspection,lay quality,surface quality and mechanical properties of wire rope meet the requirements of relevant standards of petroleum industry,and the using effect of customers is good.
