摘要
GB/T 8706-2017/ISO17893:2004限定其给出平行捻钢丝绳为2层股结构并不合理。平行捻钢丝绳是将平行捻股中钢丝用股置换所得。平行捻钢丝绳结构简式不能准确反映钢丝绳结构类型。从组绳股数看,平行捻钢丝绳分为"19根股类平行捻钢丝绳"、"36根股类平行捻钢丝绳"和"61根股类平行捻钢丝绳"比较合适。平行捻钢丝绳结构式应体现出组绳股数、组绳股在绳中的排列形式、组绳外层股数与组绳外层股结构以及对钢丝绳是否存在压实等内容。建议平行捻钢丝绳分为PWRC19×7类、PWRC19×19类、PWRC19×36类、PWRC36×7类、PWRC36×19类、PWRC36×36类。
GB/T 8706—2017/ISO17893:2004 does not make it reasonable to limit parallel lay wire rope to two layer strands structure.The parallel lay wire rope is obtained by replacing steel wire in parallel lay strand with strands.The structural simple formula of parallel lay wire rope cannot reflect wire rope structure type accurately.From the number of strands,it is more suitable to divide parallel lay wire rope into 19 strand parallel lay wire rope,36 strand parallel lay wire rope and 61 strand parallel lay wire rope.The structure formula of parallel lay wire rope should reflect number of strand,arrangement of strand in wire rope,the outer strand and outer strand structure of wire rope,and whether the wire rope is compacted.It is suggested that parallel lay wire rope is divided into PWRC19×7,PWRC19×19,PWRC19×36,PWRC36×7,PWRC36×19,PWRC36×36.
