Quality,environment and occupational health and safety management system are important components of enterprise management.The problems easy to arise in integration of quality,environment and safety management are as follows:the suitability of system documents has not been fully reflected,the effectiveness of management training is not in place,objective index decomposition and quantification is insufficient,the assessment is not in place;there is a gap between system process analysis and continuous improvement.The quality,environment and safety of relevant parties should be focused in improving integrated management performance,implement win-win cooperation,strengthen process control,improve environmental safety management performance of enterprises,provide high-quality products,improve customer satisfaction rate,and ensure sustainable development of enterprises.
