摘要
介绍了拉索结构中采用弯曲限制器有效减小锚固端钢丝弯曲应力的相关技术,弯曲限制器在限弯段范围内与索共同受弯,避免所有的弯曲应力均通过钢丝和锚固材料直接传给锚具而在钢丝中产生较大的应力。对弯曲限制器的减振原理、设计、组成、制造、检测验证进行了阐述;对弯曲限制器进行了对比试验并将试验数据与有限元数据进行比较,验证弯曲限制器的有效性,并为改进弯曲限制器的设计提供对比分析依据。阐述了批量制造、安装过程中在长期耐久性等方面的注意事项。
To introduce related technology of using cable bending limiter in cable structure to reduce the bending stress of steel wire at anchoring end.The bending limiter is bent together with cable in the range of bending limit section,which can avoid that all bending stresses are directly transmitted to anchor through steel wire and anchoring material and cause greater stress in steel wire.The vibration damping principle,design,composition,manufacturing,inspection and verification of bending limiter are described;the comparative test is performed on bending limiter and the test data is compared with finite element data to verify effectiveness of bending limiter.And provide comparative analysis basis for improving design of bending limiter.The precautions in batch manufacturing and long-term durability during installation are expounded.
