摘要
为研究盐胁迫对饲用胡麻种子萌发及其生长特性影响。采用单因素水平测定,筛选出PEG-6000、Na^+、Mn^2+、Cu^2+等4个因素及其不同浓度,对种子发芽率、发芽势、根长以及含水量等生长特性进行研究,以SPSS 19.0统计学软件对试验数据进行分析,寻找出最适宜胡麻种子生长的临界值,其分别为PEG-6000(10%)、Na^+(100 mmol/L)、Mn^2+(15000μmol/L)、Cu^2+(100 mg/L),在这4个浓度下胡麻种子的萌发受到抑制,且抑制作用随着离子浓度的升高而呈逐渐增强趋势,种子的发芽势、发芽率、根长以及含水量也随之降低,且影响显著。通过研究,为选择适宜饲用胡麻种植的土壤外部环境提供了一定的理论参考。
To study the effect of salt which stresses on seeds germination and growth characteristics of forage flax,we used single factor level measurement and screened out four factors including PEG-6000,Na^+,Mn^2+,Cu^2+and their different concentrations to study the seeds growth characteristics such as germination rate,germination potential,root length,water content and so on.The author analyzed the test data by using SPSS 19.0 statistical software,and found out the critical value that is most suitable for the growth of flax seeds,which were the PEG-6000(10%),Na^+(100 mmol/L),Mn^2+(15000μmol/L),Cu^2+(100 mg/L)respectively.At these four concentrations,the germination of flax seeds was inhibited,and the inhibitory effect was gradually enhanced with the increase of ion concentration,instead the germination potential,germination rate,root length and water content of seeds were decreased.And the influence was significant.The study provides some theoretical references for the selection of suitable external soil environment for forage flax planting.
