摘要
为进一步提高建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在桥梁工程领域的应用,提高施工效率,阐述了装配式钢结构桥梁在工程应用中的优势,结合BIM可视化分析平台,提出并采用Revit+Fuzor模式构建适用于桥梁结构的可视化施工模拟体系的一般方法。以某4跨钢结构连续梁桥实际工程为实例,归纳总结其建造装配过程、关键施工工序、机械设备作业情况等施工模拟方法。在虚拟建造过程中,采用Revit软件创建桥梁模型,Fuzor模拟施工,该模式可将模拟输出的成果应用于实际施工管理中,实现对施工过程的动态管控。
In order to improve the application of BIM technology in the field of bridge engineering and improve construction efficiency.First,the paper discusses the advantages of prefabricated steel structure bridges in engineering applications.Combined with the BIM visual analysis platform,a general method for constructing a visual construction simulation system suitable for bridge structures is proposed and adopted by Revit+Fuzor mode.Finally,based on the actual project of a 4-span steel structure bridge,the construction and assembly process,key construction procedures,and mechanical equipment operation conditions are summarized.In the virtual construction process,revit software is used to create a bridge model,and Fuzo simulates the construction.This mode can apply the results of the simulation output to the actual construction management to achieve dynamic control of the construction process.
