沥青路面结构设计中车辙预估模型敏感性分析

摘要 考虑车辙发生的内外因作用,进行我国沥青路面设计规范中的车辙预估模型敏感性分析。首先采用SPSS工具进行正交试验设计,考虑交通荷载水平、沥青混合料层厚度、等效温度和沥青混合料动稳定度四个因素,分别取五个水平,对各设计参数不同水平下的车辙深度进行数值计算。最后采用Origin工具绘制正负相关性图,分析不同因素的影响。研究发现,对于半刚性基层沥青路面,在所确定的范围内,车辙等效温度对车辙深度影响最大,其次为动稳定度,再次为交通荷载等级。最后根据敏感性分析结果,提出改善沥青路面高温抗车辙性能的针对性工程建议。 Considering the internal and external factors of rutting,the sensitivity analysis of the prediction model of rutting in the design code of asphalt pavement in China is carried out.Firstly,SPSS tool is used to carry out the orthogonal test design.Considering four factors like traffic load level,asphalt mixture layer thickness,equivalent temperature and dynamic stability of asphalt mixture,five levels are respectively selected to perform the numerical calculation on the rutting depth of each design parameter at different levels.Finally,the positive and negative correlation diagrams are drawn with Origin tool to analyze the influence of different factors.The research findings show that,for the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,the rutting equivalent temperature has the greatest influence on the rutting depth within the determined range,followed by dynamic stability and then traffic load level.Finally,according to the results of sensitivity analysis,some engineering suggestions are put forward to improve the high temperature rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.
