摘要
针对传统的隧道接缝防水处理方法防水系数较低的问题,进行化学灌浆技术在隧道接缝防水处理中的应用研究。通过有效的灌浆前隧道勘查工作,为后续化学灌浆技术的实际操作提供科学依据,根据隧道地层特征和隧道接缝防水处理要求选取合适的灌浆材料,通过计算化学灌浆量和灌浆孔径设计准确的化学灌浆孔施工方案,经过清除隧道裂缝内残留物、根据灌浆孔设计图进行钻孔、注入灌浆材料、嵌缝、封孔等施工流程,实现了化学灌浆技术对隧道接缝防水处理。实验证明,基于化学灌浆技术的隧道接缝防水处理方法具有较低的漏水率。
Aiming at the problem of low waterproo coefficient in traditional tunnel joint waterproof treatment,the application of chemical grouting technology in tunnel joint waterproofness treatment is put forward.Through effective tunnel exploration before grouting,for subsequent chemical grouting technology will provide a scientific basis for the actual operation,according to the tunnel formation characteristics and tunnel seams waterproof processing requirements,selection of reasonable grouting material,through the calculation of chemical grouting quantity and size design accurate chemical grouting hole grouting construction plan,after remove residues in tunnel cracks,according to the grouting hole drilling,injecting grout material design,sealing,sealing hole construction process,such as the chemical grouting technology for tunnel seams waterproof processing.The experimental results show that the method based on chemical grouting technology has lower leakage rate.
