汽轮机高中压缸体裂纹的异质冷补焊修复

摘要 现场金属监督检验发现300 MW机组汽轮机高中压缸缸体内壁有多处裂纹,打磨消除裂纹后有5处位置需要补焊,由于涉及热处理及检修周期等因素,根据实际情况,现场焊接工艺采用ECrNiF-3焊丝全氩弧焊接敷焊过渡层,INCONEL182焊条填充中间及盖面的异质冷补焊方式。经修复后检测未发现裂纹。证明采取的焊接工艺具有良好的修复效果,可为以后同行业类似缺陷的处理提供参考,同时对工艺的要点进行了阐述。 On-site metal supervision and inspection found that there are many cracks in the inner wall of high and medium pressure cylinders of 300MW steam turbine.After grinding and eliminating cracks,there are 5 positions to be repaired.Due to the heat treatment and maintenance cycle,etc.,according to the actual situation,the field welding process adopts ECrNiF-3 welding wire full argon arc welding welding transition layer,INCONEL182 electrode filling the middle and cover surface of the heterogeneous cold repair welding method.No cracks were found after repair.It proves that the welding process adopted has a good repairing effect,which can provide reference for the treatment of similar defects in the same industry in the future,and expounds the main points of the process.
