摘要
采用大田试验研究烟株打顶后喷施植物生长调节剂及黄腐酸钾对烤烟叶片生长及钾含量的影响。结果表明:喷施植物生长调节剂及黄腐酸钾各处理对烤烟农艺性状影响不显著,喷施黄腐酸钾+赤霉素处理对上部叶叶面积增幅最大,顶叶和上二棚叶面积增幅分别为72.3%、46.1%;与喷施清水相比,喷施黄腐酸钾处理对上部叶钾含量积累效果最佳,喷施黄腐酸钾+赤霉素对中部叶和下部叶钾含量的积累效果最佳。综上结果,以喷施黄腐酸钾25 g/L+赤霉素0.05 g/L对烤烟叶片生长及钾含量积累的影响效果最佳。
Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of plant growth regulators and potassium fulvate on the growth and potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves after topping.The results showed that there was unsignificant effects on the agronomic characteristics of flue-cured tobacco after spraying plant growth regulator and potassium fulvate.Leaves area of the 1st^3rd leaves and 4th^6th leaves increased by 72.3%and 46.1%respectively,indicating that the effects of spraying potassium fulvate+gibberellin on the upper leaves occurred mostly on area.Compared with spraying water,potassium fulvate had the best effect on the accumulation of potassium content in upper leaves,so did spraying potassium fulvate+gibberellin in middle and lower leaves.In conclusion,spraying potassium fulvate 25 g/L+gibberellin 0.05 g/L had a significantly effect on the leaves growth and potassium accumulation.
