气氛烧结工艺制备Fe/辉石基复合材料及断裂韧性研究

摘要 利用气氛烧结工艺,在烧结温度950℃、等静压压力200 MPa条件下,以白云鄂博尾矿为主要原料制备了Fe/辉石基复合材料。采用DSC、XRD、SEM、单边切口梁法等研究了Fe含量在0~40 wt%范围内变化对所研究复合材料显微结构及性能的影响。结果表明:Fe/辉石基复合材料主晶相为辉石相,第二相为金属Fe和少量SiO2。随着Fe含量的增加,金属铁第二相含量升高,密度随之上升,样品的断裂韧性先减小后增加。 Fe/Augite matrix composites were prepared using atmospheric sintering from Baiyun Ebo tailings as the main raw materials at a sintering temperature of 950℃and an isostatic pressure of 200 MPa.The effects of Fe content in the range of 0~40 wt%on the microstructure and properties of the studied composite materials were studied using DSC,XRD,SEM,and single-side notched beam methods.The results show that the main crystal phase of the Fe/Augite matrix composite is the augite phase,and the second phase is Fe phase,and a small amount of SiO2.With the Fe content increasing,the second phase content of iron increases,and the density increases accordingly,and the fracture toughness of the sample decreases firstly and then increases.
