玻化砖及其瓷砖胶制备的研究进展

Research Progress of Vitrified Brick and its Adhesive Preparation

玻化砖是目前市场上最受欢迎的陶瓷产品之一,具有高强度、高密度、低吸水等优点。首先分析了玻化砖自身及其瓷砖胶、外界环境和施工工艺对玻化砖在粘贴施工过程中的影响,然后分别介绍了以粘土、坩埚废料、铁尾矿、废弃玻璃、煤灰粉为主要原料制备的玻化砖和改性水泥基瓷砖胶,最后对目前玻化砖及其瓷砖胶制备进行总结与展望。对玻化砖及其瓷砖胶制备的研究进行综述,为进一步推动玻化砖及其瓷砖胶的制备与应用提供参考。

Vitrified brick is one of the most popular ceramic products in the market,which has the advantages of high strength,high density,low water absorption and so on.In this paper,we first analyze the influence factors in the process of paste construction of vitrified brick;then,we introduce the vitrified brick made from different raw materials of clay,crucible waste,iron tailing,waste glass,coal ash powder and modified cement-based tile adhesive;finally,we summarize and prospect the preparation of vitrified brick and its adhesive.In this paper,the research on the preparation of vitrified brick and its adhesive is reviewed,which provides a reference for further promoting the preparation and application of vitrified brick and its adhesive.
