板蓝根是清热解毒的常用中药,临床常用于治疗病毒及细菌感染,其多糖是重要的活性成分之一。研究表明,板蓝根多糖具有显著的佐剂作用,并且不良反应少,有望成为未来疫苗佐剂的较佳选择。本文介绍了板蓝根多糖的提取和纯化方法、结构与组成的研究进展,并对板蓝根多糖的佐剂机制和作为疫苗佐剂的动物实验研究方面进行综述,为未来新型多糖佐剂的应用提供理论基础。

Isatis root is a commonly used drug for heat-clearing and detoxifying,and is commonly used in the treatment of viral and bacterial infections.Its polysaccharide is one of the main active ingredients.Studies have shown that Isatis root polysaccharide has adjuvant effects with low side effect,and it is expected to become a good choice for future vaccine adjuvants.The extraction and purification methods,structure and composition of Isatis root polysaccharides,and the adjuvant mechanism and animal experimental research as a vaccine adjuvant of Isatis root polysaccharide are reviewed in this article,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of new polysaccharide adjuvants in the future.
