丘陵山地农村公路水毁灾害成因分析与风险评价--以泉州市德化县农村公路为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对闽东南丘陵山地农村公路水毁灾害成因分析以及风险定量评价的问题,本文对风险评价体系进行了论述。以福建省泉州市德化县农村公路作为研究区,将农村公路水毁按照承灾体划分为5个类型,并对各类型的水毁成因进行关联系分析,得出农村公路水毁是一个综合的系统。通过对研究区内水毁灾害点的分析,将农村公路水毁风险划分为4个等级,选取降雨量、降雨强度、降雨历时、边坡土质等10个评价因子,利用层次分析法计算每个评价因子的权重,结合专家和工程技术人员对评价因子的打分值,计算得到德化农村公路典型水毁灾害点各风险等级的易发值,进而判断该点的水毁风险等级,评价结果与现场调查相符合。结果表明:层次分析法在农村公路水毁风险评价中的应用效果良好,该评价体系为闽东南丘陵山地类似的农村公路水毁风险定量评价提供了理论依据。 Due to its complex natural and geographical conditions such as meteorological conditions,geological structures,topography and hydrological characteristics,and the low degree of conservation of rural roads,the hilly areas in southeast Fujian have caused serious damage of rural roads.This paper takes the rural highway in Dehua county,Quanzhou city,Fujian province as the research area,and on the basis of the field investigation and analysis of the geological conditions of the research area,the rural road water damage is divided into five types according to the hazard-bearing body,and analyzes the causes of the water damage of each type,and concludes that the rural highway water damage is a comprehensive system.Through the analysis of the water disaster points in the study area,the risk of water damage in rural roads is divided into four grades,and ten evaluation factors such as rainfall,rainfall intensity,rainfall duration,and slope soil quality are selected,and the weight of each evaluation factor is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process,combining the scoring values of the evaluation factors with experts and engineers,the vulnerability values of each risk grade of typical flood disaster points of Dehua rural highway are calculated,on the basis of qualitative judgment,the quantitative calculation and analysis of the risk of water damage and the resistance of water damage in rural roads,the results are consistent with the on-site investigation.Using the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of rural road water damage,it has important theoretical and practical significance for the similar road water damage risk evaluation in hilly and mountainous areas in southeastern Fujian and the improvement of the risk of water damage in rural roads.
