心理资本理论在监护室护士临床教学中的应用效果 被引量:2

Effect of the Theory of Psychological Capital on Clinical Teaching of Nurses in Ward

摘要 目的利用心理资本理论对监护室护士进行培训,探讨心理对护士临床教学效果的影响,为多元化教学提供依据。方法选取2017年12月1日-12月31日在某三级甲等医院重症监护病房、神经外科监护室、心脏监护室等监护室工作的90名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组实施常规心理干预,观察组实施心理培训。比较两组护士干预前后心理资本得分、护理记录差错、患者满意度得分。结果干预前观察组心理资本得分为(77.98±18.93)分,对照组(76.53±22.37)分;干预后6个月观察组心理资本得分为(93.38±9.46)分,对照组(83.20±16.76)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。护理记录差错比较,观察组重复记录(2.22%)、出入量记录不规范(2.22%)、缺乏连续性及动态性(0.00%)、医学术语欠妥(0.00%)、记录表述不清及不客观(2.22%)、有小结式记录(0.00%)、有涂改及刮痕(0.00%)发生率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。对照组和观察组护士患者满意度分别为73.33%、93.33%,观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论基于心理资本理论的心理培训可提升护士心理资本水平,减少护理差错,有助于提升患者满意度。 Objective Using the theory of psychological capital to train nurses in the ward,to explore the influence of psychology on the clinical teaching effect of nurses,and to provide ideas and basis for diversified teaching.Methods From 1 st December^31 st December 2017,90 nurses working in intensive care unit,neurosurgery unit and cardiac unit of a Grade 3 A hospital were selected.The random digital table method was used to divide the control group and the observation group,each group 45 cases.The control group carried out routine psychological intervention,and the observation group carried out psychological training.The scores of psychological capital,nursing record error and patient satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The score of psychological capital was(77.98±18.93)in the observation group before intervention,(76.53±22.37)in the control group,(93.38±9.46)in the observation group and(83.20±16.76)in the control group 6 months after intervention(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Duplicate records(2.22%),non-standard entry and exit records(2.22%),lack of continuity and dynamics(0.00%),inadequate medical terminology(0.00%),unclear and objective records(2.22%),summary records(0.00%),incidence of alteration and scratches(0.00%)were significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses in the control group and the observation group were 73.33%and 93.33%,respectively.the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological training based on psychological capital theory can improve nurses’psychological capital level,reduce nursing errors,and help to improve patient satisfaction.
