回馈教学模式对肿瘤癌痛患者口服止痛药依从性的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Feedback Teaching Model on Compliance of Oral Painkillers in Patients with Cancer Pain

摘要 目的探讨基于回馈教学的健康教育模式对肿瘤癌痛患者口服止痛药依从性的运用效果。方法选取某院肿瘤科2017年8月1日-2018年5月31日经病理组织学确诊且伴有疼痛(VAS疼痛评分≥4分)的肿瘤患者120例。其中2017年8月1日-12月31日的60例设为对照组,2018年1月1日-5月31日的60例设为干预组。对照组患者给予常规健康教育,干预组患者接受基于回馈教学的健康教育模式,分析两组患者癌痛认知、服药依从性、疼痛程度测评结果。结果干预组癌痛知识得分为(7.75±1.24)分,高于对照组(5.18±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义,P=0.00;评价服药依从性,干预组得分为(6.78±0.98)分,高于对照组(5.65±1.61)分,差异有统计学意义,P=0.00;干预组与对照组的疼痛评分为(2.38±1.36)分、(3.62±1.87)分,差异有统计学意义,P=0.00。结论回馈教学的健康教育模式与常规的健康教育相比,有助于提高癌痛患者的认知程度,有效改善患者的服药依从性,提高治疗效果。 Objective To explore the effect of health education model based on feedback teaching on the compliance of oral painkillers in patients with cancer pain.Methods From August 1,2017 to May 31,2018,a total of 120 patients with tumor diagnosed by histopathology and accompanied with pain(VAS pain score≥4)were selected.Among them,60 cases from August 1 to December 31,2017 were set as control group,and 60 cases from January 1 to May 31,2018 as intervention group.The patients in the control group were given routine health education,and the patients in the intervention group received a health education model based on feedback teaching.The results of cancer pain cognition,medication compliance and pain degree of the two groups were analyzed.Results The score of cancer pain knowledge in the intervention group(7.75±1.24)was significantly higher than that in the control group(5.18±1.53).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of medication compliance in the intervention group(6.78±0.98)was higher than that in the control group(5.65±1.61).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of intervention group and control group were(2.38±1.36)and(3.62±1.87)respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional health education,the health education mode of feedback teaching is helpful to improve the cognitive degree of cancer pain patients,effectively improve their medication compliance and improve the therapeutic effect.
