概念图思维在妇科腹腔镜术后护理的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Concept Map Thinking in Nursing after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的探讨概念图思维在妇科腹腔镜术后护理的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月1日-2019年5月31日在某院妇科接受腹腔镜手术的100例患者做为研究对象。将2018年6月1日-2018年11月30日的50例患者作为对照组,采用常规护理方法护理;2018年12月1日-2019年5月31日的50例作为研究组,研究组在常规护理的基础上实施概念图思维护理。结果研究组在并发症识别、并发症原因识别、采取的干预措施方面显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组寒战、咽喉不适、感染、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;疼痛、恶心呕吐、焦虑等并发症的发生率也明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;但两组患者的出血、皮下气肿和输尿管损伤等并发症的发生率,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论概念图思维方法在妇科腹腔镜术后护理的应用,有助于护士提炼出更多术后并发症,获取更多引起并发症的原因,给予患者更全、更具有针对性的护理措施,从而降低术后并发症的发生率,取得良好的应用效果,值得临床推广和使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of concept map thinking in nursing after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in a hospital from June 1,2018 to May 31,2019 were selected as subjects.Fifty patients from June 1,2018 to November 30,2018 were taken as the control group,and 50 patients from December 1,2018 to May 31,2019 as the study group.The concept map thinking nursing was carried out in the study group on the basis of routine nursing.Results The study group was significantly better than the control group in the identification of complications,the identification of the causes of complications and the intervention measures taken,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as shivering,throat discomfort,infection and deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as pain,nausea,vomiting and anxiety in the control group was also significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications such as hemorrhage,subcutaneous emphysema and ureteral injury between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of concept map thinking method in nursing after gynecological laparoscopic surgery is helpful for nurses to extract more postoperative complications,obtain more causes of complications,and give patients more comprehensive and targeted nursing measures.so as to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and achieve good results,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
