鸟巢式护理在早产儿护理中的应用研究

Study on the application of bird's nest nursing in the nursing of premature infants

目的探讨在早产儿的护理中使用鸟巢式护理的价值和效果。方法选取天津医科大学第二医院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的76例早产儿,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受鸟巢式护理,比较两组早产儿的临床护理质量。结果观察组心率和体温波动低于对照组;观察组血氧饱和度高于对照组;观察组每日排便次数、每日睡眠时间和进奶增加量优于对照组,且胎便转黄时间短于对照组;观察组早产儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理在早产儿的护理中应用效果良好,能有效改善患儿的胃肠功能,降低其并发症发生率,有利于提升临床护理质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the value and effect of bird's nest nursing in the nursing of premature infants.Methods Seventy-six cases of premature infants admitted to the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received bird's nest nursing.The clinical nursing quality of the two groups of premature infants were compared.Results The heart rate and the fluctuation of body temperature in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the saturation of blood oxygen in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the frequency of defecation every day,sleep time every day and the increase amount of milk intake in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the time of turning yellow of fetal stool was shorter than that in the control group;the incidence of the complications of premature infants in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the differences above were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bird's nest nursing had a good effect in the nursing of premature infants,which could effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of the infants,reduce the incidence of complications in the infants,and was conducive to improve the quality of clinical nursing.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
