基于TCGA数据分析HSP90AA1在乳腺癌中的表达与预后 被引量:12

Analysis of expression and prognosis of HSP90AA1 in breast cancer based on TCGA data

摘要 目的通过对人类肿瘤基因组(TCGA)数据库的数据挖掘,探讨热休克蛋白90α编码基因(HSP90AA1)在乳腺癌组织表达水平及与患者预后的相关性。方法GEPIA在线分析工具分析HSP90AA1在乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺组织中的表达;Kaplan Meier plotter在线分析工具分析HSP90AA1表达与患者预后相关性;Ualcan在线分析工具分析HSP90AA1在不同人种及不同类型患者中的表达与预后的关系;通过String在线分析工具,探索与HSP90AA1相互作用的蛋白网络。结果HSP90AA1 mRNA在乳腺癌组织比正常组织中表达明显增高(P<0.05),表达水平与患者总体生存期(OS)和无病生存期(DFS)具有明显相关,HSP90AA1高表达患者OS和DFS明显缩短(P<0.05);AKT1、CDC37、HSPA4等与HSP90AA1作用相关。结论HSP90AA1 mRNA在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且与患者生存期有关,将为后续的乳腺癌研究提供重要的理论依据。 Objective To explore the expression of HSP90AA1 in breast cancer and its relationship with breast cancer prognosis through data mining on the Cancer Genome Atlas.Methods The relationship between HSP90AA1 expression in normal breast tissue and breast cancer tissues was analyzed using GEPIA,Kaplan Meier plotter was used to analyze the relationship between HSP90AA1 expression in breast cancer patients and prognosis,Ualcan was used to further analyze the relationship between HSP90AA1 expression and prognosis in different human and different types of breast cancer patients.String was used to explore a protein network that interacts with HSP90AA1.Results HSP90AA1 mRNA is highly expressed in breast cancer than in normal tissues,and the patients with low HSP90AA1 mRNA expression had higher overall survival and disease-free survival.The expressions of AKT1,CDC37 and HSPA4 are related intimately to HSP90AA1.Conclusion HSP90AA1 mRNA was highly expressed in breast cancer tissues,related to poor prognosis,would be an important theoretical target.
