摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立不同核壳占比的二维模型,采用von-Mises屈服准则来描述核壳网络结构钛氮合金材料的屈服行为,进而对不同核壳占比的核壳网络结构材料进行拉伸和压缩应力-应变曲线模拟.结果表明拉伸和压缩所得到的应力应变曲线图一样.随着核半径从1 mm增加到3 mm(相当于核的百分比),核壳网络结构材料的屈服强度增大.当应变率为3%时,核壳网络结构材料发生屈服现象,从而进入塑性阶段.
Using the finite element software ABAQUS,two-dimensional models of different core-shell ratios were established.The von-Mises yield criterion was used to describe the yield behaviors of titanium-nickel alloy materials with core-shell network structures,of different core-shell ratios.Tensile and compressive stress-strain curve simulations were performed.The results show that the stress-strain curves obtained by stretching and compression are the same.As the nuclear radius increases from 1 mm to 3 mm(equivalent to the percentage of core),the yield strength of the core-shell network structural material increases.When the strain rate is 3%,the core-shell network structural material undergoes a yielding phenomenon and enters the plastic phase.
