甲基强的松龙对百草枯染毒大鼠血清细胞因子动态变化的影响 被引量:2

Effects of methylprednisolone on the dynamic changes of serum cytokines in rats exposed to paraquat

摘要 目的观察急性百草枯中毒大鼠模型中血清细胞因子白细胞介素-1(IL⁃1)、IL⁃6、IL⁃10、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF⁃α)的动态变化规律,探讨甲基强的松龙能否通过抑制细胞因子的作用,减轻中毒的损伤。方法将60只染毒大鼠随机分为不应用激素组和应用激素组,每组30只。应用激素组腹腔内注射甲基强的松龙,不应用激素组注射等量生理盐水。两组分别于染毒后4 h、1 d、3 d分批进行抽血检验,检测血清TNF⁃α、IL⁃1、IL⁃6、IL⁃10的数值。结果两组染毒大鼠血清细胞因子的水平随时间变化逐步上升,各时间点比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),存在一定的线性趋势,但应用激素组细胞因子的水平明显低于不应用激素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性百草枯中毒损伤机制中细胞因子IL⁃1、IL⁃6、IL⁃10、TNF⁃α可能起到了重要作用,而甲基强的松龙可以降低细胞因子的水平,减轻机体的损害。 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of serum cytokines interleukin⁃1(IL⁃1),IL⁃6,IL⁃10 and tumor necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α)in a rat model of acute paraquat poisoning and study effect of methylprednisolone on reducing the damage of poisoning by inhibiting the action of cytokines.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into the non⁃administration hormone group and the applied hormone group,30 in each group.The applied hormone group was intraperitoneally injected with methylprednisolone,and the non⁃administration hormone group was not injected with the same amount of normal saline.Blood samples were taken in batches at 4 h,1 d,and 3 d after exposure to detect serum TNF⁃α,IL⁃1,IL⁃6,and IL⁃10 levels.Results The levels of serum cytokines in the two groups were gradually increased with time(P<0.05),and there was a certain linear trend.However,the levels of cytokines in the hormone group were significantly lower than those in the non⁃administration group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cytokines IL⁃1,IL⁃6,IL⁃10 and TNF⁃αmight play an important role in the mechanism of acute paraquat poisoning injury,while methylprednisolone could reduce the level of cytokines and reduce the damage of the body.
