高校思政课教研学习共同体是思政课教师基于课程和专业建设发展过程中建立起来的,具有共同目标,解决实践问题,能够实现协同创新的智力团体。学习共同体有助于培育出一支政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正的高素质专业化思政课教师队伍,能够使教师在教研挖掘和解决共同性问题中实现自我发展。我们要通过凝练共同愿景、探寻成长依托、谋求专业引领、完善体制机制等方式,积极培育高校思政课教研学习共同体,贯彻落实习近平总书记在学校思政课教师座谈会上的重要讲话精神。

The teaching,research and learning community of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is an intellectual group established by ideological and political teachers in the process of curriculum and professional construction and development.It has a common goal,solves practical problems and can achieve collaborative innovation.Learning community helps to cultivate a high-quality professional ideological and political teacher with strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,wide vision,strict self-discipline and positive personality,which can enable teachers to achieve self-development in teaching research and solving common problems.We should cultivate the ideological and political teaching and learning community in Colleges and universities through the condensed common vision,exploring growth support,seeking professional guidance,and improving the system and mechanism,so as to carry out the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the forum of teachers in Ideological and political education at school.
