摘要
为防止窃电行为给供电企业带来经济损失,充分利用智能表事件信息和电表电量等数据的关系开展用户用电异常分析,提出了一种基于智能电能表开盖事件的用电异常分析方法。以用户电能表开盖事件的时间为数据分析的时间节点,对在该时间节点前后14天的用户用电数据、台区线损数据进行分析,实现对存在异常用电用户的有效识别,并通过某供电公司的实例验证了该分析方法的实用性和有效性。
In order to prevent stealing electricity from bringing economic loss to power supply enterprises,the relationship between event information of smart meter and electricity data of electricity meter is used to analyze abnormal electricity consumption of users.In this paper,a method of abnormal electricity consumption analysis based on the cover opening event of smart meter is proposed.By analyzing the user power consumption data and area loss data 14days before and after the time node which is taken as the time of the cover opening event of user smart meter,the effective identification of users with abnormal power consumption is realized.The practicability and validity of the analysis method are verified by an example of a power supply company.
