弱酸性染料对阳离子改性棉织物的染色

摘要 合成了一种阳离子改性剂,对棉织物进行改性处理,实现了棉织物酸性染料染色。探讨了棉织物的改性工艺、改性棉织物的染色工艺以及染色效果。棉织物的改性工艺为:改性剂120 g/L,氢氧化钠44 g/L,浴比1∶4,两浸两轧,室温堆置16 h,充分水洗,烘干。改性棉织物的酸性染料染色工艺为:40℃入染,升温至80℃,在无盐中性条件下染色30 min。结果表明,酸性染料能上染改性棉织物,且不用加盐促染,上染率高、色泽浓艳,但耐湿摩擦色牢度较差;染色织物经固色剂处理后,各项色牢度均达到国家标准。 A cationic modifier was synthesized to modify cotton fabric,and acid dye dyeing of cotton fabric was realized.The modification and dyeing process of the cotton fabric was investigated,and the effects of modified dyeing were expounded.The modification process of cotton fabric was as follows:modifier 120 g/L,NaOH 44 g/L,bath ratio 1∶4,two dipping and two rolling,stacked for 16 h at room temperature,fall washing,drying.The dyeing process of modified cotton fabric was as follows:dyed at 40℃,raised temperature to 80℃,and dyed for 30 min under neutral condition without salt.The results showed that acid dyes could be used to dye modified cotton fabrics without salt,exhibiting high dye-uptake and rich color,but the color fastness to wet rubbing was poor.After treated by fixing agent,all the color fastness of dyed fabric reached the national standard.
