广东省基于DRG的大数据分析为精准提升医院综合能力赋能

实践证明DRG是一种有效的病种分类管理工具,利用多维度评价杠杆,能够帮助政府转变行政管理职能,助力医院加强绩效和质量管理;同时它也是一种比较先进的医保支付方式,能够促进医院从被动控费转变为主动控制成本,实现医保、医药、医疗三医联动,减轻患者负担。广东省卫生健康委深刻意识到开展DRG工作对深化医药卫生体制改革的重要意义,对推进DRG相关工作高度重视,2015年部署了DRG分组器,2016年建立DRG综合评价指标体系、研发广东DRG住院医疗服务综合评价平台,经过4年多的建设、发展与创新,取得了显著成效。
