摘要
目的对医药企业进行职业资格认知情况调查分析,为加快卫生健康类职业教育发展提供参考依据。方法采取非概率抽样方法,对广州某中药企业干部职工进行问卷调查。结果在432名调查对象中,持有职业资格证者的比例为48.61%;对职业技能人员的培养渠道、相关职业资格的知晓率达到60%左右;超过70%的职工"看好"或"非常看好"接受卫生健康相关的职业技能资格培训的就业前景;59.03%的职工对从事卫生健康类职业技能工作心存顾虑,顾虑的焦点主要集中在"经济待遇"和"发展前途";在单位管理者最看重的员工品质中,个人能力综合得分6.18分排名第一,专业基础、敬业精神、职业操守依次排在第2~4位,得分在5.76~4.42之间。结论职工对于卫生健康类职业技能培训接受意愿较高,但由于待遇低、政策宣传引导不够等原因,其对于卫生健康类职业技能工作认可度仍然偏低,需要政府进一步夯实职业技能人才友好型政策氛围。
Objective To investigate and analyze the cognition of vocational qualification in pharmaceutical enterpri-ses,so as to provide reference for the development of health vocational education.Methods No probability sampling method was used to investigate the staff of a Chinese medicine enterprise in Guangzhou.Results Among the 432 respondents,the pro-portion of those holding professional qualification certificates is 48.61%;the awareness rate of vocational skills personnel train-ing channels and related professional qualifications reaches about 60%;more than 70%of employees are"optimistic"or"very optimistic""Employment prospects for health and health-related vocational skills qualification training;59.03%of employees have concerns about engaging in health and health vocational skills work,and the focus of these concerns is mainly on"econom-ic treatment"and"development prospects";managers in units Among the most important employees'qualities,the overall score of personal ability was 6.18,ranking first,professional foundation,professionalism,and professional ethics ranked second to fourth,with a score between 5.76 and 4.42.Conclusion The employees are willing to accept the health professional skills training,but due to the low salary and insufficient policy publicity and guidance,their recognition of health professional skills is still low,so the government needs to further strengthen the friendly policy atmosphere of vocational skills talents.
