摘要
基于舟山跨海大桥环氧沥青钢桥面铺装裂缝、鼓包等典型病害,从养护材料性能提升角度出发,开发了高渗透树脂灌缝材料和高强耐水型树脂注浆材料,并通过系列试验,分别对树脂灌缝材料的施工和易性、力学性能、抗冻耐久性,注浆材料的排水置换性能与钢板和铺装的黏结性能等各项指标进行了评估,同时重点对西堠门大桥裂缝、鼓包等病害进行了集中处治,经过一个寒暑交替运营的跟踪观测,结果表明,所研发的灌缝和注浆材料可满足钢桥面小修保养修复性能要求。
Based on the typicaldistresses such as cracks and bulges of epoxy asphalt pavement on steel deck of Liandao cross-sea bridge in Zhoushan,high-permeability resin encapsulating materials and high-strength water-resistance resin grouting materials were developed from the perspective of improving performance of maintenance materials.Through a series of tests,the construction workability,mechanical properties,frost resistance,drainage displacement,and the bonding performance between steel and pavement were evaluated.At the same time,the cracks,bulges and other distresses of Xihoumen Bridge are treated intensively.After a service cycle of winter and summer,the observation showed that the encapsulating and grouting materials can meet the requirements of minor maintenance and repairing of steel bridge decks.
