摘要
通过对标准的解析以及对典型应用局限性的分析,设计了一种浪涌电流抑制电路。在电路中加入恒流充电模块以及电压反馈模块,使浪涌电流的峰值及启动时间均可控,并给出相应的计算公式指导具体设计。通过加入放电回路,使得多次启动特性一致,仿真验证了方案的正确性及有效性,并成功应用于机载设备。
By analyzing the standards and the limitations of the typically application,an inrush current suppression circuit is designed.By adding a constant current charging module and a voltage feedback module,the peak value and duration of the inrush current are controllable,and the corresponding calculation formulas are given to guide the design.By adding the discharging circuit,the startup characteristics of the airborne equipment are consistent with the secondary start up.The correctness and validity of the scheme are verified by simulation,and it is successfully applied to the power supply system of airborne equipment.
