摘要
指出了长寿花花期长、品种多、适应性强,在园林中应用日益增多。为了提高繁殖系数,以长寿花的幼叶和幼茎为外植体,接种在加入不同浓度植物生长调节剂的培养基中,诱导愈伤组织及丛生芽,对其进行了组织培养的初步研究,获得了较好的长寿花离体快繁技术要点,以供参考。
Kalanchoe bolssfeldiana has the characteristics of long flowering period,many varieties and strong adaptability.At present,it is increasingly used in gardens.In order to improve the reproduction coefficient,preliminary research on tissue culture is carried out.The young leaves and young stems of Kalanchoe bolssfeldiana are used as explants,inoculated in the medium with different concentrations of plant growth regulators to induce callus and multiple shoots.
