Problems and Countermeasures of Upgrading the Service Level of Forestry Science and Technology Work in Youxi County in the New Era

分析了尤溪县林业专业技术人员队伍状况、科技工作情况以及存在的问题。从把好新招聘录用人员关口、制度上规范绩效评价、激励科技创新与推广、拓宽科技经费投入、建设一支与现代林业相适应的科技队伍等方面提出了相应的建议与对策,以期提升科技工作服务水平。

Based on the analysis of the status of forestry professional technicians,scientific and technological work and existing problems in Youxi,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the service level of scientific and technological work.It is necessary to make a good job of recruiting new personnel from the source,standardize performance evaluation from the system,stimulate scientific and technological innovation and promotion from the function and broaden investment in scientific and technological funds from the guarantee.Then,a scientific and technological team suitable for modern forestry can be built to improve the service level of scientific and technological work.
