光照强度对土壤微生物量碳的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究光能对于土壤微生物量碳的影响,以自然资源部退化及未利用土地整治工程重点实验室富平中试基地塿土为研究对象,开展了不同光照强度下土壤微生物量碳的变化特征的影响研究。结果表明:经过100万lux和1000lux光照1h后,土壤微生物量碳分别增加了96.77%和112.9%。其中土壤含水率对土壤微生物量碳的影响较为显著,随着土壤水分含量的增加而增加,但土壤温度对土壤微生物量碳的含量影响不显著。 In order to explore the effect of light energy on soil microbial biomass carbon,the soil of microbial biomass carbon under different light intensities was investigated with the soil of Fuping pilot test base of the Key Laboratory of Degradation and Unused Land Remediation Project of the Ministry of Natural Resources as the research object.The results showed that after 1million lux and 1000lux for 1h,the soil microbial biomass carbon increased by 96.77%and 112.9%,respectively.Among them,the effect of soil water content on soil microbial biomass carbon is more significant,and it increased with the increase of soil moisture content,and the effect of soil temperature on soil microbial biomass carbon content was not significant.
