扬州市海绵城市规划建设中的水文化建设策略

Water Culture Construction Strategies in the Planning and Construction of Sponge City in Yangzhou

指出了在海绵城市的规划编制与建设实施中,水文化建设往往被忽视,与水环境、水安全、水生态、水资源相比,并没有得到应有的重视。水文化建设在传承城市记忆、凸显城市内涵方面起着重要作用,也是完善海绵城市理念、促进生态文化保护、唤起公众生态意识的重要环节。以我国著名水文化名城扬州为例,探讨了海绵城市建设中水文化的建设思路和策略。

In the planning and construction of sponge city,the construction of water culture is often ignored.Compared with water environment,water security,water ecology and water resources,it has not been given due attention.The construction of water culture plays an important role in inheriting the memory of the city and highlighting the connotation of the city.It is also an important link in improving the concept of sponge City,promoting the protec-tion of ecological culture and arousing the ecological awareness of the public.Taking Yangzhou,a famous water cul-ture city in China,as an example,this paper discusses the construction ideas of water culture in sponge city construction.
