基于科学知识图谱的DRGs研究可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Diagnosis Related Groups based on Mapping Knowledge Domains

目的探究我国DRGs研究领域的研究现状和热点。方法以CNKI为数据库来源,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace为工具从时间分布、期刊载文量、空间分布、作者分布以及关键词共现网络分析等角度对DRGs研究进行分析。结果 DRGs研究领域的文献量呈逐年增长趋势,2019年已达到325篇;DRGs领域载文量排名前十期刊的文章数量,占期刊总载文量的43.66%;DRGs研究领域科研高产排名第一的机构已发表26篇文章;作者间的合作不够紧密,合作团队较少;近年来研究热点主要围绕支付方式、住院病案首页、绩效评价等领域。结论政策引导推动DRGs研究的发展进程;研究团体之间合作交流程度欠缺、区域间发展不均衡;DRGs领域研究热点丰富。

Objective To explore the research actuality and hot spots of DRGs in China.Methods Using CNKI as database source and visual analysis software CiteSpace as tool,the research of DRGs was analyzed from the point of temporal distribution,spatial distribution,author distribution and keyword co-occurrence network analysis.Results The amount of literature in the field of DRGs has been increasing year by year,reaching 325 in 2019;The number of articles in the top 10 journals in the field of DRGs accounts for 43.66% of the total number of articles in the journal;The agency that ranked first in the DRGs research field published 26 articles;In recent years,the research hotspots mainly focus on payment methods,first page of medical record,performance evaluation and other fields.Conclusion Policy guidance promotes the development process in the field of DRGs research;lack of communication and cooperation among research groups and Interregional imbalance of development;abundant research hotspots in the field of DRGs.
