多模态教学模式在超声诊断学中的教学应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的多模态教学模式在超声诊断学中的应用价值。方法选择2019年6月-2019年12月某医科大学长学制超声科实习生50名,按照带教方式不同,随机分为两组,每组各25名。实验组实习生采用多模态教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,评价两组实习生出科理论考试、操作考试成绩,对教学模式质量评分。结果实验组实习生出科时理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩均高于对照组(90.15±3.89 vs 85.54±4.24、87.65±4.13 vs 80.57±3.75),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组实习生对教学方法、教学满意度的教学质量评分均高于对照组(48.53±1.27 vs 40.12±2.36、47.28±2.01 vs 39.39±1.76),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多模态教学模式在超声影像学教学中应用可提高实习生知识掌握度,提高实习生对教学模式的质量评价,从而提高整体教学质量。 Objective The application value of multi-modal teaching mode in ultrasound diagnostics.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019,there were 50 internships in the Department of Ultrasound of X Medical University,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with 25 in each group.The experimental group of interns adopted the multi-modal teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The two groups of interns evaluated the results of theoretical examinations and operational examinations and scored the quality of the teaching mode.Results The experimental group’s theoretical test scores and operational test scores were higher than those of the control group(90.15±3.89 vs 85.54±4.24,87.65±4.13 vs 80.57±3.75),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group’s teaching quality scores of teaching methods and teaching satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(48.53±1.27 vs 40.12±2.36,47.28±2.01 vs 39.39±1.76),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-modal teaching mode in ultrasound imaging teaching can improve the knowledge of interns,improve the quality evaluation of interns’ teaching mode,and improve the overall teaching quality.
