摘要
目的应用CT灌注成像(CTP)三维可视化重建对Labbe静脉进行初步研究。方法回顾性分析2018年7—9月在淄博市中心医院行头颅CTP检查,且无颅内静脉系统疾病和其他脑血管疾病的成年患者的影像学资料,共50例(100侧)。观察Labbe静脉的显影情况和形态,测量Labbe静脉的管径及其在颅骨表面的投影。结果50例(100侧)患者观察到90支(左侧48支,右侧42支)Labbe静脉。其中单干型60侧(60%),双干型15侧(15%),未显影25侧(25%;左侧10侧,右侧15侧),左、右侧Labbe静脉的管径分别0.57~2.46(1.66±0.62)mm、0.67~2.81(1.63±0.64)mm。86支回流至横窦的Labbe静脉中,回流点的后缘在下水平线上方0.33~1.54(0.98±0.35)cm处,在颧弓中点后方2.83~7.56(4.48±1.36)cm处。结论CTP三维可视化重建图像能较清晰地显示绝大部分Labbe静脉,并能标注Labbe静脉在横窦上回流位置的体表投影。
Objective To conduct a preliminary study on Labbe vein using CTP(CT perfusion)visualized three-dimensional reconstruction.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the imaging data of 50 adult patients(100 sides)who underwent head CTP examination at Zibo Central Hospital from July 2018 to September 2018 and had no intracranial venous system disease or cerebrovascular disease.We observed the development and shape of Labbe vein,and measured the diameter of Labbe vein.Results A total of 90 Labbe veins(48 on the left and 42 on the right)were observed in all 50 patients(100 sides).Among them,the single-trunk type was observed on 60 sides(60%),double-trunk type on 15 sides(15%)and 25(25%)were not shown(10 on the left and 15 on the right).The diameters of Labbe vein on the left and right sides were 1.66±0.62 mm(0.57-2.46 mm)and 1.63±0.64 mm(0.67-2.81 mm),respectively.For the 86 Labbe veins emptying into the transverse sinus,the posterior edge of the entering point was 0.98±0.35 cm(0.33-1.54 cm)above the lower horizontal line and 4.48±1.36 cm(2.83-7.56 cm)posterior to the midpoint of zygomatic arch.Conclusion Through the CTP three-dimensional visualized reconstruction,the Labbe vein can be clearly displayed in most cases and the surface projection of position where the Labbe vein empties into the transverse sinus can be marked.
