基于数据挖掘探析温病古籍肺热证候的用药规律 被引量:5

Medication Rules of "Feire" Syndrome in Ancient Books of Epidemic Febrile Disease Based on Data Mining

摘要 目的:通过中医传承辅助平台,挖掘温病古籍中治疗肺热证的用药规律,以期为肺热型急性感染性疾病的治疗提供经验借鉴。方法:收集以《湿热条辨》《温病条辨》《时病论》为代表的30本温病古籍中有关肺热证辨治方药,提取数据并建立数据库,录入中医传承辅助平台,对不同肺热证型的古方进行药物频次、关联规律、核心组合、新处方分析。结果:其中16本温病古籍有明确肺热证相关处方,共收集有效方药107首,风热犯肺证21首方包含中药66味,燥热伤肺19首47味中药,肺热壅盛25首80味中药,湿热蕴肺27首54味中药,热毒闭肺15首53味中药。结论:风热犯肺证高频药物有薄荷、连翘、淡豆豉等,燥热伤肺高频药物有杏仁、枇杷叶、麦冬、桑叶,肺热壅盛高频药物有石膏、连翘、桑白皮、地骨皮;湿热蕴肺高频药物有厚朴、香薷、滑石、通草等;热毒闭肺高频药物有连翘、金银花、薄荷、牛蒡子、玄参等。挖掘出10个核心药物组合并提取组合得到5个新处方。均体现出卫气营血辨证纲领下清肺热且存津液,同时知变防变的特点。 Objective: To study the medication rules of "Feire" syndrome in "Wen" disease ancient books by TCM inheritance support system, in order to provide experience for the treatment of acute infectious diseases with "Feire" syndrome. Methods: "Feire" syndrome related prescriptions were collected from 30 ancient books as Shiretiaobian, Wenbingtiaobian and Shibinglun, etc. Then database was established based on these prescriptions, to put in the TCM inheritance support system. Then drug frequency, association rule, core combination and new prescription analyze were used to study on these prescriptions of different "Feire" syndrome. Results: In 16 related ancient books, a total of 107 prescriptions were collected. 66 drugs were included in 21 "Fengrefanfei" prescriptions, 47 drugs were included in 19 "Zaoreshangfei" prescriptions, 80 drugs were included in 25 "Feireyongsheng" prescriptions, 54 drugs were included in 27 "Shireyunfei" prescriptions, and 53 drugs were included in 15 "Redubifei" prescriptions. Conclusions: The high-frequency herbs of "Fengrefanfei" syndrome are peppermint, forsythia and light Douchi, etc. The high-frequency herbs of "Zaoreshangfei" syndrome are almonds, loquat leaves, Ophiopogon japonicus and mulberry leaves. The high-frequency herbs of "Feireyongsheng" syndrome are plaster, forsythia, mulberry bark and ground bone bark. The high-frequency herbs of "Shireyunfei" are magnolia, Elsholtzia splendens, talcum and Tongcao, etc. The high-frequency herbs of "Redubifei" syndrome are forsythia, honeysuckle, mint, burdock, Radix scrophulariae and so on. Ten core drug combinations were mined and five new prescriptions were extracted. All drugs and prescriptions reflect the characteristics of "Qingfeire" and "Cunjinye" under the principle of syndrome differentiation of "Weiqiyingxue", as well as the "Zhibianfangbian" characteristic.
