摘要
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)自2019年12月底首发于湖北省武汉市,经呼吸道飞沫、密切接触等传播方式在全国迅速传播。中医药在防治和诊疗新型冠状病毒过程中,发挥了重要的作用。基于中国传统医学理论,认为COVID-19患者临床症状主要表现在肺系及脾胃系,病位在肺与脾,本文意在指出COVID-19发展阶段,从"肺脾同治"理论出发,指导新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗。
The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) was first appeared in Wuhan, Hubei province, in December 2019. It spread rapidly across the country and even the world by respiratory droplets and close contact. Traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.Based on the Traditional Chinese medical theory, it is believed that the clinical symptoms of COVID-19 patients are mainly manifested in the lung and the spleen system, which suggested that lung and spleen system might be the disease location. In this paper, we studied on the development of COVID-19, in order to guide the treatment of COVID-19 by TCM theory of " Pifeitongzhi ".
