摘要
鼠尾草酸是一种酚萜类化合物,广泛存在于迷迭香等唇科类植物中。鼠尾草酸通过调节Nrf2-Keap1、NF-κB等氧化应激相关信号途径维持机体氧化还原体系的稳定,对氧化损伤相关疾病如神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、肝损伤、肾纤维化、视网膜病变、肥胖、衰老、肿瘤等具有良好的预防和治疗效果。本文综述了鼠尾草酸在上述疾病中的药理作用,并对涉及的分子机制进行了介绍。
Carnosic acid is a phenolic terpenoids found in labiatae plants like Rosemary. Carnosic acid can maintain the stability of body redox system by regulating oxidative stress related signaling pathways such as Nrf2-Keap1,NF-κB. It also shows good effects of preventing and treating oxidative damage related diseases,such as nervous system disease,cardiovascular disease,liver injury,kidney fibrosis,retinopathy,obesity,aging,cancer. This review summarizes the pharmacological effects of carnosic acid in these diseases and its related molecular mechanisms.
