摘要 罐式车辆是汽车运输行业中重要的物流设备,本技术运用CEA技术,优化车辆关键承力部位结构和选材,通过新的制造工艺、工装及加工设备,使得零部件的加工成型及装配精确度达到行业领先水平,从而实现降低车辆自重、提高产品质量、提高产品平稳性和安全性,进而实现节能降耗、提高经济效益的目的。车载监控系统、电子铅封系统、驻车装卸料联动系统的开发应用将传统技术与时代科技相结合,打造智能化专用车,满足不同客户群体需求。 Tank vehicles is an important logistics equipment in the automobile transportation industry.This paper introduces that optimize the structure of vehicle key load-bearing parts and material selection by using CEA technology.Through the new manufacturing process,tooling and processing equipment,the processing and forming of parts and assembling precision reached the industry-leading level,thus reduced vehicle weight,improved product quality,improved product stability and safety,and then realized the purpose of saving energy,reducing consumption and improving economic benefits.The development and application of on-board monitoring system,electronic seal system and parking loading and unloading materials linkage system combine traditional technology and era technology to create intelligent special vehicles to meet the needs of different customers.
