真空夹层SF埋地油罐的研制

摘要 本文针对SF埋地双层油罐夹层结构存在的缺陷和不足,增设了有固定支撑结构的真空夹层,避免了其在安装、运输和使用的过程中,内罐与外罐之间容易产生晃动并导致错位及受力不均匀,从而造成玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)外壳发生破裂,最终导致SF埋地双层油罐整体失效的问题。 In view of the defects and deficiencies of the sandwich structure of the SF buried double-layer oil tank,a vacuum mezzanine with a fixed support structure is added,which avoids the fact that in the process of installation,transportation and use,the inner tank and the outer tank are prone to shaking and causing dislocation and uneven force,resulting in the rupture of the glass fiber reinforced plastic(FRP)housing which eventually results in the overall failure of the SF buried double-layer oil tank.
