“Y”形导流墩几何参数对侧向进水泵站前池流态影响 被引量:6

Analysis of geometric parameters of Y-shaped diversion piers on flow pattern in the forebay of the side-intake pump station

摘要 为改善侧向进水泵站前池流态,基于CFX软件,采用RNG k-ε紊流模型,对无整流措施和布置"Y"形导流墩情况下的侧向进水前池进行了数值模拟,分析"Y"形导流墩位置、高度、角度、长度等因素对侧向进水泵站前池流态的影响。数值结果表明:无整流措施时,泵站前池左侧区域存在大面积回流区,泵站右侧机组水流偏斜非常明显,对机组有不利影响;"Y"形导流墩具有分流作用,通过在进水池前布置"Y"形导流墩可显著均匀流速、消除回流区,水流能够更均匀地流入各台机组。研究发现,当"Y"形导流墩位于进水池前33.33 D0、高度为1.11 D0、角度为120°、长度为2.78 D0时,侧向进水泵站前池流态有明显改善,进水池前行近流速分布更加均匀。 In order to improve the flow pattern in the forebay of the side-intake pumping station,the numerical simulations were performed on the forebay of the side-intake pumping station with no rectifying measures and settings of Y-shaped diversion piers using CFX software and RNG k-εturbulence model.An analysis of the influence of the position,height,angle,and length of the Y-shaped diversion piers on the improvement of the flow pattern in the forebay of the side-intake pump station were carried out.Numerical results indicated that if there was no rectification measure,then there was a large area of recirculation in the left area of the forebay of the pumping station.The water flow deflection on the right side of the pumping station was very obvious,which had an adverse effect on the unit.The Y-shaped diversion pier had a shunting effect.The velocity of flow can be significantly uniform by arranging the Y-shaped pier in front of the inlet pool.The recirculation zone could be eliminated,and the water flow could flow into the units more evenly.It was found that the flow pattern in the forebay of the side-intake pumping station significantly improved,and the approach velocity distribution before the inlet pool was more uniform when the Y-shaped diversion pier was located at 33.33 D0 in front of the inlet pool and the height was 1.11 D0,the angle was 120°and the length was2.78 D0,respectively.
