GUO Zhiqiang's Experience in the Treatment of Luteal Dysfunction Infertility with Lianggu Decoction(两固汤)

郭志强教授认为,黄体功能不全性不孕的病机在于阳虚,黄体期阳气渐升为胚胎生长发育提供动力,而阳虚动力不足则易致不孕。临证治疗以温补阳气为基本法则,处方以自拟两固汤为基础方,两固汤由五子衍宗丸、六味地黄丸化裁而来,同时根据不同生理时期加减药物进行调理,达到温补阳气、固冲任、固胎元以助孕育的目的。

Professor GUO Zhiqiang believes that the pathogenesis of luteal dysfunction infertility lies in yang deficiency,and yang qi gradually rising in luteal stage provides impetus for embryo growth and development,while yang deficiency may easily cause infertility.The basic principle of clinical treatment is to warm and supplement yang qi,and the prescriptions are based on the self-made Lianggu Decoction(两固汤),which are made from Wuzi Yanzong Pills(五子衍宗丸)and Liuwei Dihuang Pills(六味地黄丸),in which the drugs are modified according to different physiological periods,to achieve the purpose of warming and supplementing yang qi,solidify thoroughfare and conception channels,to help breed.
