摘要
随着对肥料中重金属含量的管控越来越严,湿法磷酸工艺制备的磷酸已不能满足生态级肥料生产的要求,因此采用硫化钠为脱砷剂,对脱除湿法磷酸中砷的工艺条件进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,在硫化钠加入量为磷酸质量的0.13%、反应时间45min、陈化时间3h的条件下,磷酸中砷的脱除率可达95%以上。
With the stricter regulation and control of heavy metal content in fertilizers,the phosphoric acid prepared by the wet-process phosphoric acid process can no longer meet the requirements of ecological-grade fertilizer production.Therefore,the experimental study is carried out of process conditions of removing arsenic from wet-process phosphoric acid by using sodium sulfide as an arsenic removal agent.The experimental results show that the removal rate of arsenic in phosphoric acid can reach over 95%under the condition that the amount of sodium sulfide added is 0.13%of the mass of phosphoric acid,the reaction time is 45 min,and the aging time is 3 h.
