摘要
针对?550 mm短应力线轧机料型不稳定、平衡装置存在经常漏油的问题,液压平衡装置改为弹性阻尼体平衡装置。根据弹性阻尼体的特点进行选型和制定改进方案,使用后,彻底解决了?550 mm轧机弹跳大、料型不稳定、液压平衡管路漏油严重的问题。
In view of the instability of the billet profile and the frequent oil leakage of the balancing device of?550 mm short-stress-path mill,the hydraulic balancing device was changed to the elastic damper balancing device.According to the characteristics of the elastic damper,the model selection and improvement plan were made.After use,the problems of?550 rolling mill,including large spring,unstable billet profile and serious oil leakage in the hydraulic balance pipeline,were completely solved.
