摘要
变压器高压套管介质损耗数据异常是现阶段电力系统当中常见的变压器故障现象之一,通过测试高压套管介质损耗可以有效地发现绝缘老化、受潮、开裂等不良状态。本文通过介绍某水力发电厂1号主变压器停电预防性试验时,发现其高压套管介质损耗增大超标的情况,采取通过发电机带主变压器零起升压的方法,解决这一问题,并结合相关资料给出超标的原因,并提出预防措施。
Abnormal dielectric loss data of high voltage bushing of transformer is one of the common transformer fault phenomena in the current power system.By testing the dielectric loss of high voltage bushing,it can effectively find out the bad state of insulation aging,moisture,cracking and so on.This paper introduces the situation that the dielectric loss of the high-voltage bushing increases beyond the standard during the pre test of the No.1 main transformer outage in a hydropower plant,and adopts the method of boosting the voltage from zero of the generator with the main transformer to solve this problem.Combined with the relevant data,the causes of the exceeding standard are given,and the preventive measures are put forward.
