存在变形缺陷的平面钢闸门静应力分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对水利工程闸门多年运行过程中出现变形的问题,研究变形缺陷对闸门运行安全的影响。本文以某平面闸门实例建立了闸门存在主横梁弯曲变形和面板凹陷变形的有限元模型,应用ANSYS软件计算得到对应变形情况下闸门的结构应力。结果表明:主横梁弯曲变形出现在跨中区域时主横梁上径向应力、轴向应力和剪应力受变形有较大影响;面板存在凹陷变形会使面板的折算应力增加,当变形出现在靠近边梁的位置时,出现了应力集中现象。在实际工程中,应特别注意出现在主横梁跨中区域和面板靠近边梁区域的变形。该工作成果有助于为闸门的运行监测提供一些可借鉴的经验。 Aiming at the problem of deformation during the multi-year operation of the hydraulic engineering gate,the influence of deformation defects on the operation safety of the gate is studied.In this paper,a finite element model of the main beam bending deformation and panel depression deformation of the gate is established by using a plane gate example.The structural stress of the gate under the corresponding deformation condition is calculated by ANSYS software.The results show that the radial stress,axial stress and shear stress of the main beam are greatly affected by the deformation of the main beam when it is in the mid-span area.The deformation of the panel will increase the deformation stress of the panel.When the deformation appears near When the position of the side beam is present,stress concentration occurs.In actual engineering,special attention should be paid to the deformation occurring in the mid-span area of the main beam and the panel near the side beam area.The results of this work help to provide some lessons for the operation monitoring of the gate.
