摘要 目的综述制霉素生物合成研究进展。方法依据近期国内外公开发表的57篇文献,将制霉素的生物合成过程研究进展进行分类、归纳并总结。结果与结论制霉素的生物合成是典型的I型聚酮合酶(polyketide synthetase,PKS)途径,通过现代生物技术手段对其合成过程进行修饰可以得到具有不同特性的结构类似物。近年来,CRISPR/CAS9技术的出现更是为制霉素的生物合成改造提供了新的方法。结论利用生物合成改造获得合成效率更高和种类更丰富的制霉素类物质将具有广泛的研究价值。 Objective Review the current research advances on nysfungin biosynthesis.Methods The nysfugin biosynthesis process were classified,summarized and concluded based on 57 recent published literatures.Results The biosynthesis of nysfungin is a typical type I polyketide synthetase(PKS) pathway,which can be modified by modern biotechnology to obtain structural analogs with different properties.Recently,the emergence of CRISPR/CAS9 technology has provided a new method for the biosynthesis of nysfungin.Conclusion It would be valuable to produce nysfungin and its analogs by modifying the biosynthesis process.
