西藏两个市区居民慢性病相关知识知晓率分析

Analysis on awareness rate of chronic diseases among residents in 2 cities,Tibet autonomous region

目的了解西藏拉萨市和林芝市居民对慢性病相关知识知晓现况,探讨其影响因素,为提高居民健康意识和慢性病的防控宣教提供依据。方法 2018年4~8月采用分层随机抽样,对西藏拉萨市和林芝市557名18岁以上居民进行慢性病相关知识知晓率及影响因素的调查。对数据进行χ~2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 2018年拉萨市和林芝市居民慢性病相关知识总知晓率为36.80%(205人)。林芝市居民知晓率(43.51%)高于拉萨市(30.85%)(P<0.05);非藏族居民知晓率(45.31%)高于藏族(31.12%)(P<0.05);拉萨市(OR=0.61,95%CI=0.42~0.89)、非藏族(OR=1.66,95%CI=1.12~2.45)、小学及以下学历(OR=0.26,95%CI=0.13~0.53)、中学学历(OR=0.48,95%CI=0.28~0.83)和农牧民(OR=1.66,95%CI=1.12~2.45)是居民慢性病相关知识知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论 2018年西藏两个市区居民慢性病相关知识知晓率较低。

Objective To understand the knowledge status of chronic diseases among residents in Lhasa and Nyingchi,Tibet,and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for improving residents’health awareness and prevention and education of chronic diseases.Methods From April to August 2018,stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the awareness rate and influencing factors of chronic diseases among 557 residents over 18 years old in Lhasa and Nyingchi,Tibet.The data was analyzed by chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression.Results In 2018,the total awareness rate of chronic disease-related knowledge among Lhasa and Nyingchi residents was 36.80%(205 people).The awareness rate of residents in Nyingchi city(43.51%)was higher than that of Lasa city(30.85%)(P<0.05);it of non-Tibetan residents(45.31%)was higher than that of Tibetans(31.12%)(P<0.05);Lhasa residents(OR=0.61,95%CI=0.42-0.89),non-Tibetan(OR=1.66,95%CI=1.12-2.45),primary school education and below(OR=0.26,95%CI=0.13-0.53),middle school education(OR=0.48,95%CI=0.28-0.83)and farmers and herdsmen(OR=1.66,95%CI=1.12-2.45)were the influencing factors of residents’awareness rate of chronic diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion In 2018,the awareness rate of chronic disease-related knowledge is relatively low among the residents in 2 cities of Tibet.
