2013-2018年沈阳市肠道传染病流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of intestinal infectious diseases,Shenyang city,2013-2018

目的了解沈阳市肠道传染病发病强度和流行特征,为制定防治规划和评价实施效果提供准确依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析2013~2018年沈阳市肠道传染病疫情资料。结果沈阳市2013~2018年共报告肠道传染病发病16 655例,年均报告发病率为33.65/10万。男性年均报告发病率为36.84/10万(92 25例),女性年均报告发病率为30.38/10万(7 430例)(P<0.01)。散居儿童、家务及待业报告发病数分别占全部报告发病数的32.66%(5 440例)、25.04%(4 171例)。0~3岁年龄组报告发病数占全部报告发病数31.32%(5 217例);6~8月报告发病数占全年报告发病数的41.63%(6 934例)。结论沈阳市2013~2018年肠道传染病男性年均报告发病率高于女性,呈夏季高发,职业高峰明显。

Objective To understand the morbidity level and epidemiological characteristics of intestinal infectious diseases in Shenyang city,so as to provide the accurate basis for intestinal infectious diseases prevention plan and implementation effect evalution.Methods The data of intestinal infectious diseases in Shenyang from 2013 to 2018 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results During 2013-2018,a total of 16655 cases of intestinal infectious diseases were reported in Shenyang city,the annual reported incidence rate was 33.65/10~5.The male annual reported incidence rate was 36.84/10~5(9225 cases),and the female annual reported incidence rate was 30.38/10~5(7430 cases)(P<0.01).The cases in scattered children,households and unemployed accounted for 32.66%(5440 cases),25.04%(4171 cases)of the total.The age group of 0-3 year old accounted for 31.32%(5217 cases)of the total.The number of reported cases from June to August accounted for 41.63%(6934 cases)of the total.Conclusion The annual reported incidence rate of intestinal infectious diseases in male is higher than that of female in Shenyang city,2013-2018,with peaks in summer and obvious peaks in occupation.
